The City I live in is the only City in all of Orange County (CA) where the homeless can get a warm meal 7 days a week. We have a long ways to go to being able to shelter everyone in need all year long but they do a pretty good job in the winter time. There are many, even in my community, who believe that by providing the homeless services, they only attract more homeless from other Cities. How do you feel about this argument?
