Steel Beam Builders signed a contract with ABC General Contractor to erect a prefabricated metal building for use as a hangar building for Speedy Aircraft Inc. There was also a significant amount of rework necessitated by the metal building parts being delivered out of their planned construction sequence and smudged or mismarked or unmarked identification data on the parts. A significant financial loss was suffered by Steel Beam.
