Design a process flow Using MS Visio

1) As a Quality Engineer Prepare 1 slide in a process you’ve helped redesign and /or test any web application

2) 1 to 2 slides “Design a process for a customer who buys the TurboTax box in a store, then gets home and finds they don’t have a CD drive. The objective is to service the customer entirely in the IVR.”
