Community Health Intervention

Choose a few health issues in Jacksonville, Florida that can be used to plan community health interventions. Briefly identify urgent health issues and non-urgent health issues. What makes health issues urgent and a priority? Which needs are not a priority and why? Who determines this or should determine this (identify internal and external stakeholders)? How would you document and present this to your community?
