Crime control model and due process model

Select two policies to compare, one policy should reflect crime control model; the other policy should reflect due process model and philosophy. 

Write a 1,050- to 1,750-word paper in which you analyze the crime control model versus the due process model.

Analyze the two policies by addressing the following questions:

• Describe how the example policies reflect their corresponding models and the values underlying those viewpoints.
• Are the selected policies administered at the local, county, state or federal levels? 
• How do these policies impact law enforcement, courts and corrections?
• How might these policies be furthered or frustrated by law enforcement, courts or corrections?
• How can we measure the effectiveness of these policies?
