For this assignment you are designing your own “Fictional” Healthcare facility. The health care field has a diverse work force. Imagine that you have the job of staffing a new Pyschiatric medical facility.

• Give the facility a unique name of choice
• Discuss your facility; Mission, Vision, Objectives (Expected Goals), and Purpose for the Facility.
• List the Days and Hours of the facility operation.
• Discuss the difference between a for-profit organization vs nonprofit organization. List if your facility is a for-profit or nonprofit organization.
• Discuss the history of your chosen location (When was your location establishment? Population of your chosen location? Who discovered your chosen location?, etc.)
• Included Geographical area (where is the medical facility) and discuss the reason for choosing the desired location.
• Discuss your targeted audience (gender, race/ethnicity, age group).
• Think about all the staff/ healthcare providers that may be needed to support the healthcare facility and the various departments.
