1. Last week’s discussion post, we talked about which amendment to the Bill of Rights you feel is the most important. For this week’s discussion, we will be focusing on the 8th Amendment, particular as to the death penalty. Currently, the Supreme Court has upheld the use of the death penalty as a form of punishment and is not considered cruel and unusual punishment. Do you support the death penalty?
