help me fix my resume more attractive and help me make my gre waiver request better

Hi, I am a Chinese. I finished my bachelor degree in Rutgers University. I studied statistics as my major. After years work, I found business is the field I like and I really doing very well even I did not study any course business before. This year I want to apply Rutgers’s master program- Supply Chain Analytics, which belongs to Business School. I need someone to help me, making my resume more attractive. Also, based on the urgent due date of application, I have to request the GRE waiver. But I will try my best to study and get a store. But I need to apply first. So the request letter is needed.
