I’m at a writer’s block and I can’t think of an additional topic

I’m at a writer’s block and I can’t think of an additional topic
to for a paper. If anyone could shed some light on a topic other than social media and the media that would help out substantially, and I usually utilize a writing lab to help.
topic question:
In Plato’s “Allegory of the Cave” both the captives and the puppeteers seem to be imprisoned by the Cave. Discuss something in contemporary society that would be comparable to this intellectual/psychological confinement. Explain how the pursuit of philosophy is a way to free oneself from this contemporary Cave.
