It is a fact that people are happier when their personalities agree with the culture of the organization they work for. Organizations have personalities just like you do and they are hard to change. It is also a fact that most people don’t take the time to know themselves well enough to see if they will ‘fit in’ with the culture where they work.

You may want to re-read the instructions that include specific questions and the Rubric that I use to assign points. I see not much comparison between your ideaof yourself and the information you found from the cultural preferences test. In addition, no references were used. If you want me to grade this submission, just let me know.
