Use SPSS to analyse 2 surveys

I have 2 surveys (before and after implementation of a bespoke system).    

Your task is to use SPSS and analyse/discuss/prove the results (i.e. I need to prove that the implementation of the bespoke system was effective when compared to the original manual system that it replaced). The results on the dropbox link I will give you prove this, I just need some tables based on the results and around 1000 words discussing/comparing the questions asked before and after the implementation of the bespoke system (most of the questions mirror each other). So you could say something like “95% of the participants thought that human error was a big issue in the manual system, while 98% agreed that the new bespoke system alleviated this human error”
