writing, Formatting, Editing, Improving Marketing Plan

I have Prepared a rough draft of my standalone Marketing Plan for a project. My business is in the creative real estate investing industry( This is not a real Estate Broker or Agent type of business). This is a home based business using creative strategies to buy, fix ,sell, & rent single family & multifamily properties. 

I have sample business plans for this need to extract, edit, and improve the marketing plan. I need to identify any missing data or anticipate any questions someone analyzing this plan would have and address them in the plan. I need to identify any areas that can be improved. I have an outline as a guide.

The deliverables are a written report/plan and a powerpoint presentation version.
