Hope you are doing well. I need a help to write a report on a project. The object of the project is to analyze a company or an organization of your choosing. Your report should contain evidence that supports your assessment, and include references and sources of information. The requirements and weights of the project are:

1.Introduction, includes the mission of the organization (10%)

2.Environmental Assessment – external and internal (30%)

3.Analysis – use the course material to analyze culture, structure, and whether the structure is best suited to achieve the mission (40%)

4.Recommendations – what recommendations would you offer for the culture and structure of the organization? (20%)

Your report should not be more than 8 typed pages and should look like the formats I have attached to this email. Either format is fine and due date is on the syllabus.

Note: I prefer to write a case study about a big famous company such as: Starbucks, McDonald, Amazon, or a one that as famous as them.
