Write an essay on 2 country leaders – one that improved and one that brought damage to the lives of his/her country’s citizens. Describe these leaders’ actions throughout their leadership period that triggered positive or negative change and outcomes. Then, categorize their leadership styles using any of the leadership theories covered in MGT454 (use the textbook material). Conclude with a paragraph that compares the respective leadership styles these leaders used in terms of core assumptions about most effective leadership philosophy, and main disadvantages associated with each leadership style.

I will not be able to provide you with the text book in order for you to see the leadership theories but I can include the class power points which do have the leadershio theories from the textbook.
