You are the training director for the security department. The CEO just learned that the Behavioral Analysis Interviews (BAI) is considered an alternative to the polygraph, and has tasked you with providing training to your staff of 12 officer. Your mission is to research the BAI and develop an informational briefing to your staff.

The briefing will cover the origin, history, use of the BAI as it relates to security, examples of questions and tips on best practices for implementation. The BAI can be used in multiple career fields and for interviews, so focus on how the BAI applies to security. Do not focus on how it is used in job interviews (which I am not interested in)!
