1. Define the types of employees’ response to change; dealing with change resisters and overcoming resistance to change; role and importance of change agents.

2. What interpretations of change resistance and the benefits of new paradigms to effectively cope with resistance exist?

3. Using case examples, discuss organizational capacity for change, and building strong and lasting organization cultures.
